The Foundation's principal objective is to provide funds for scholarships for girls at and  joining the school and bursaries for present pupils.

Scholarship Awards are made by the Headmistress for each academic year, after due consideration of merit in Academic Achievement, Dance, Music, Art, Sport and Riding, and provide for up to 20% of fees. Exhibition awards provide for up to 10% of fees. Scholarship examinations and auditions take place in January/February of each year to take effect in the following September.

Bursary Awards are made to parents who experience financial difficulty or other hardship, so that their daughters are able to continue their education.
